Obsidian Dev Team Kanban + GitSync Automation Workflow Pack

Stop fighting Obsidian sync conflicts. Start running a clean, reliable dev workflow that never breaks your Kanban.

You lose hours every week fixing boards, resolving merge hell, and wondering why half your tasks silently reverted after sync. You try to keep your team aligned, but Obsidian Git fights you, Kanban metadata corrupts itself, and nobody’s workflow looks the same twice. It shouldn’t take this much effort to keep a simple board alive.

The Obsidian Dev Team Kanban + GitSync Automation Workflow Pack gives you a ready-made, production-stable setup: 12 configuration files, 4 automation scripts, and 2 Kanban board templates that eliminate sync conflicts, enforce consistent branching and commits, and maintain a clean, self-correcting task system inside Obsidian. No guessing. No repairing broken states. No reinventing your workflow.

What’s Included:
- 2 production-ready Kanban board templates with validated metadata for stable task states
- 4 Git automation scripts for conflict‑free pull, commit, and sync cycles
- 12 configuration files standardizing branches, commit messages, and folder structure
- 1 task‑state auto‑categorizer script assigning Active, Holding, Blocked, Done
- 1 onboarding setup file that gets new contributors running in under 5 minutes
- 1 integrity‑check script preventing silent overwrites and state desync
- 1 README deployment guide that cuts setup time from hours to minutes

Built from the exact patterns used to keep multi‑contributor Obsidian vaults stable across distributed dev teams working with high commit volume and frequent task handoffs. These files come from real-world environments where data loss is not an option.

Who This Is For:
- Dev teams using Obsidian for task tracking and constantly hitting Git conflicts
- Solo developers tired of rebuilding broken Kanban boards every few weeks
- Team leads who need consistent branching, commits, and task states across contributors

Who This Is NOT For:
- Users who want a plugin‑heavy or overly complex Kanban system
- Anyone who never uses Git with Obsidian or doesn’t collaborate with others

If this doesn’t save you at least 2–5 hours a week of sync fixes and board repairs, reach out for a full refund.
