Obsidian DevFlow Kanban Kit for Client Project Management

**Stop losing hours managing client projects across a dozen apps.**

If you’re a freelance developer, you know how much time gets wasted switching between scattered notes, task boards, and client requirements. You end up juggling incomplete info and miscommunications that slow down delivery and frustrate clients. Your project setup feels like reinventing the wheel every time.

Obsidian DevFlow Kanban Kit is a developer-optimized Kanban system built inside Obsidian to keep every client project organized in one place. Unlike generic task boards, it combines standardized intake templates with timeline and workload views tailored for development workflows. This means less setup, clearer communication, and more predictable sprints — all without leaving your favorite note-taking environment.

**What’s Included:**
- `01_Project Intake.md` — Standardized client intake form to capture requirements clearly
- `02_Kanban Board.md` — Ready-made Kanban board for all project phases, including backlog, in progress, review, and done
- `03_Timeline View.md` — Visual sprint planning with workload balancing
- `04_Debugging QA Flow.md` — Dedicated Kanban flow to track bug fixes and QA tasks
- `README.md` — Setup instructions and workflow tips for maximum efficiency

**Who This Is For:**
- Freelance developers managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Development leads who want a consistent process for client intake and sprint tracking
- Developers already using Obsidian who want to integrate project management without switching apps

**Who This Is NOT For:**
- Developers who prefer fully automated project management tools with heavy integrations
- Teams that do not handle client projects or have separate project management software mandated

If this kit doesn’t save you at least 4 hours setting up projects or reduce miscommunication with clients within the first month, I’ll refund your $35—no questions asked.
