Obsidian All‑in‑One Productivity Vault (PARA, Tasks, Reviews, Daily Ops)

Stop spending weeks hacking Obsidian into shape. Start running a clean, reliable productivity system in under 10 minutes.

You install a few templates, add a plugin or two, and suddenly tasks duplicate, links break, and your PARA folders stop behaving. You waste hours debugging automation that should “just work.” You know Obsidian can replace Notion, but every free template collapses the moment real‑life tasks hit it.

The Obsidian All‑in‑One Productivity Vault is a pre‑engineered PARA + Tasks + Reviews system built from 12 production‑ready configuration files, a hardened folder structure, and a private PARA Tasks Core plugin that keeps your entire vault consistent. Instead of stitching together community templates, you get a unified workflow that installs in minutes and stays stable across updates.

What's Included:
- Pre‑built PARA folder map with routing logic for 4 areas, 12 projects, and unlimited resources
- PARA Tasks Core plugin with 9 automation rules for capture, linking, and cleanup
- Daily Ops dashboard with 6 ready‑to‑use review widgets
- Weekly and monthly review templates with pre‑wired backlinks
- Metadata sanitization pack to prevent property conflicts and private‑field exposure
- Task intake note with 7 pre‑mapped task types and automatic project assignment
- Pre‑configured saved searches for overdue tasks, stalled projects, and unlinked notes
- Archive and reference workflows that prevent orphaned files and link rot

Built from patterns refined across hundreds of active vaults, including client systems with 3+ years of continuous use. Every file and plugin rule comes from real operational edge cases: malformed metadata, plugin conflicts, broken task states, and automation loops.

Who This Is For:
- New Obsidian users who want a working system, not another template folder
- Notion migrants who need PARA, tasks, and reviews without breaking their vault
- Busy professionals who want reliability and zero maintenance

Who This Is NOT For:
- People who prefer to build every workflow from scratch
- Users who want a minimalist vault with no automation

Guarantee: If this doesn’t save you at least 6 hours of setup and debugging, reach out for a full refund.
